HOW ROWING CAN TAKE YOU FIT

I thought they would buy a good idea 2 machine about 1 yr ago. I made perfect because I used annoyed by having to pay so much whenever I went towards the gym.I had figured out that should i had never gone towards gym and instead bought my home fitness equipment, I might have had an indoor rower, treadmill and stationary bike by close to time I quit
